Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to the YanSir website, our manufacturing services, and the formation of commercial contracts.

01 Agreement & Scope of Business
By accessing this website or engaging with YanSir (operated by Polltee) for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
B2B Restriction
YanSir is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier. We do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers. We reserve the right to verify the business status of any potential client and refuse service to entities that do not meet our wholesale criteria.
02 Quotations & Order Formation
- Inquiries: Submission of an inquiry form, request for quote (RFQ), or receipt of a price list does not constitute a confirmed order.
- Validity: Due to fluctuating raw material costs (cotton, polyester, etc.), all formal quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

Contract Formation: A binding order is established only when:
- a) A Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract is signed/stamped by both parties; AND
- b) The agreed advance payment (deposit) is successfully received.
03 Product Specifications & Tolerances
Dimensions & Sizing
Textile manufacturing involves manual processes. Standard industry tolerances for measurements are ±1.5cm to ±2.5cm depending on the garment type. These variations are not considered defects.
Color Matching
We match colors based on Pantone codes provided. However, slight shade variations may occur between different fabric dye lots or between digital screens and physical products.
04 Payment & Delivery Terms
Standard terms: 30% deposit to commence production, 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are executed under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
Lead Times: Estimated delivery dates are non-binding estimates. YanSir is not liable for delays resulting from customs clearance, shipping carrier logistics, or Force Majeure events.
05 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the competent court in Nanjing, China for litigation.

Terms of Service
Governing the supply of premium election apparel for wholesalers and government entities by YanSir.
Introduction & Scope
Welcome to YanSir. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Wholesaler," or "Government Entity") and YanSir Apparel Solutions ("YanSir," "we," "us").
By placing an order for election apparel, campaign merchandise, or bulk textile manufacturing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. YanSir specializes in high-volume production for political campaigns and government tenders; therefore, these terms are tailored to the specific nature of large-scale, time-sensitive manufacturing.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
YanSir operates strictly as a B2B and B2G (Business to Government) supplier. We do not service direct-to-consumer retail orders under minimum quantity thresholds.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, the standard MOQ for election t-shirts is 1,000 units per design.
- Volume Tolerance: Due to the nature of high-speed industrial knitting and printing, final shipped quantities may vary by ±3%. Clients will be billed only for the actual quantity shipped.
- Sample Approval: For orders exceeding 10,000 units, a physical pre-production sample must be approved by the Client in writing before mass production begins.
Government Compliance & Ethics
YanSir understands the rigor of government procurement. We warrant that all products supplied for government contracts meet the following standards:
Labor Standards
Strict adherence to ILO conventions. No child labor or forced labor is used in any YanSir facility or tier-1 supplier.
Material Safety
All dyes and fabrics are free from prohibited azo dyes and heavy metals, complying with ISO 14001 environmental standards.
Anti-Corruption
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery. All transactions are transparent and fully documented.
Production Timelines & Shipping
Election campaigns operate on immovable deadlines. YanSir is committed to meeting agreed-upon delivery dates ("Ex-Factory Dates").
- Rush Orders: Expedited production (under 14 days) may incur a surcharge of 15-25%.
- Force Majeure: YanSir is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, pandemics, or customs strikes. However, we will proactively communicate and seek alternative logistics solutions.
- Logistics: Unless Incoterms are specified as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the Client is responsible for import duties and clearance.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms for new wholesale clients:
*Government entities may be eligible for Net-30 or Net-60 terms subject to credit approval and purchase order verification.
Intellectual Property
The Client warrants that they hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for all logos, slogans, and artwork submitted to YanSir for printing.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YanSir against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from trademark or copyright infringement related to the produced goods.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YanSir be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of campaign momentum or reputation) arising from the supply of goods. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the defective goods or a refund of the purchase price.
